Warranties & Extended Warranties
PC Werth Soundfield systems are covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories and spares are covered by a 1 year warranty. Extended warranties can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.

Health Checks
Available termly, annually or on an ad-hoc basis, our health checks can help provide peace of mind, by ensuring your soundfield systems stay reliable and correctly configured for their classroom. Particularly cost-effective for multiple soundfield installations, our health checks include:

  • Full functionality check
  • Accessory check and replacement, if required
  • Wiring and speaker security check and review
  • Review and optimisation
  • Configuration, installation and classroom acoustics check

Drop-in Service Calls
With suitable notice, we will always aim to provide free service calls and training, fitted in around other calls in your area, to provide you with the most cost effective service. Please note that there may be a fee for any replacements or consumables used. Urgent or priority calls, can be booked and may attract a call out fee. Priority Service Calls
We can arrange priority service calls at the next available opportunity at your choice of time. Whilst a call out fee applies, priority service calls are increasingly cost effective for multiple soundfield installations.
